using the service immediately.
2. Service Description
ChainShield Vision provides informational wallet risk screening for TRON network addresses, including TRX
and TRC-20 USDT-related activity, based on available data and model interpretation.
3. Informational Use Only
Outputs are informational and operational support tools only. They are not legal opinions, regulatory
determinations, or guaranteed assessments of illicit activity.
4. Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you are legally permitted to use this service and, where acting for an organization,
are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate law, sanctions, or AML obligations
- Attempt to reverse engineer protected service logic unlawfully
- Probe, attack, overload, or degrade infrastructure
- Bypass rate limits, controls, or access restrictions
- Use outputs to mislead, defraud, or impersonate platform affiliation
6. Data Inputs and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for data submitted to the platform, decisions made using outputs, and
compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
7. No Guarantee of Availability
Service availability may vary due to infrastructure constraints, provider outages, maintenance, or
external network conditions. Features and capacity may change without notice.
8. Third-Party Dependencies
The platform may rely on third-party nodes, analytics feeds, and wallet providers. ChainShield is not
responsible for independent third-party acts, omissions, or service interruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, models, documentation, and branding remain property of ChainShield or licensors. Use is
limited to lawful internal purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Security and Account Practices
- Maintain secure endpoint and access practices
- Do not share credentials with unauthorized parties
- Report suspicious access or misuse promptly

consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of service or reliance on outputs.

You agree to defend and indemnify ChainShield and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses arising
from misuse of service, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or
material breach of Terms.
15. Updates to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
